Manny Putz of Onalaska, who won his second consecutive Wisconsin state cross country championship two weekends ago, joins DyeStat editor Doug Binder to discuss his season, his comeback from an Achilles' heel injury, and the upcoming NXR Heartland regional this Sunday at Yankton Trails, S.D. Putz is the highest returning finisher from last year's meet, where he was sixth.
